Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via USPS for standard shipments. However, express and overnight shipping options require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via live chat or phone. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we're unable to redirect the package.

Are there items that can't be shipped internationally?

Certain items β€” including hazardous materials, oversized products, and select electronics β€” may be restricted for international shipment depending on the destination country's import regulations.

What does "business days" mean?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact our support team.
