How Returns Work

Yes! We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. International returns may be subject to return shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Absolutely! During the return process, select "Exchange" as your reason. We'll ship your replacement item once we confirm the return shipment is on its way back to us.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Can I return a gift?

Yes! Gift recipients can return items for store credit. You'll need the order number from the packing slip. The refund will be issued as store credit to your account, not to the original payment method.
